What owner-managed really means
7 Springcourt is listed on a number of holiday rental platforms. You can book it through any of them. You can also book directly with us.
When you book directly, you deal with the people who manage the apartment day to day. That means your questions get answered properly, same day. If something needs fixing, it gets fixed immediately, not through a ticket system. You're not a booking reference number. You're a guest.
We chose to manage this apartment ourselves rather than hand it off to a property management company. We describe what's there honestly. No airbrushed photos. No overpromising. What you see is what you get.
Straightforward, transparent, reliable
We believe guests deserve clarity. The rates we quote include everything: all utilities, all taxes, all fees. There's no surprise checkout bill. A 25% deposit secures your booking, and the balance is due 45 days before arrival. We accept PayPal, international wire transfer, or bank draft. In the event of cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to arrival, you receive a full refund less the booking deposit. Within 4 weeks, a 50% refund applies. Early departures are not refunded.
We require a refundable breakage and damage deposit of £200 with your final payment. This protects both of us and gets returned in full if nothing happens during your stay.
Fresh linens, towels, and beach towels are included. If you'd like additional maid service during your stay, we can arrange that for an added fee.
We accept guests aged 21 and over. This is intentional. It ensures a peaceful, quiet environment for everyone staying here.

7 Springcourt is a one-bedroom ground floor apartment in a residential cul-de-sac at the end of a tree-lined street. It overlooks Rockley Golf Course. The communal pool and tropical gardens offer a peaceful setting without the crowds and noise of a resort. You can walk to Accra Beach in 25 minutes or drive in 5. St Lawrence Gap, with its concentration of restaurants and bars, is 10 minutes away.
The apartment itself is well-maintained, modern, and fully equipped. The kitchen has Bosch appliances and granite worktops. High-speed internet works throughout. Air-conditioning keeps the bedroom comfortable. The patio overlooks the pool and gardens.
