We reply to all enquiries within 24 hours. If you send your enquiry on a weekend, expect a reply Monday morning.
Our booking process
When you send an enquiry, we'll confirm availability for your requested dates. We'll send you the booking terms, which include the deposit required, the cancellation policy, and payment methods we accept.
Once you agree to the terms and submit your deposit (25% of the total rental cost, non-refundable), your booking is secured. The balance is due 45 days before your arrival date. We accept payment via PayPal, international wire transfer to a UK or US dollar bank account, or bank drafts in UK Sterling. We are based in the UK.
A refundable breakage and damage deposit of £200 is required with your final payment. This is returned in full if nothing happens during your stay.
Two weeks before you arrive, you'll receive check-in details and any other information you need for a smooth arrival.
Our cancellation policy
If you need to cancel more than 4 weeks before your arrival date, you receive a full refund of all funds except the 25% booking deposit.
If you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date, a 50% refund applies to the balance (after deducting the non-refundable 25% deposit).
Early departures are not refunded.
Your rental includes
All utilities (water, electricity, gas, WiFi) are included in the quoted rate. Fresh linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, a safe, a BBQ, and access to the communal pool and tropical gardens are all included.
If you'd like additional maid service during your stay, that can be arranged for an added fee.
The minimum stay is one week. The apartment is available to guests aged 21 and over.
